She suggested the Bananas Foster and OMG it did not disappoint!!! Strawberries, brownies, angel food cake, bananas, pineapple and two kinds of coated marshmallows to did in the awesome hot sauce. Wow, so much to choose from, we finally asked Mattie her favorite. Six dipping sauces were placed on the table to go with the marinated Sirloin, shrimp and chicken. The main course started with broccoli, sliced red potatoes and whole mushrooms placed in the fondue broth. Next was a wonderful house salad and house dressing.
Cheese fondue to start with bread, apple and a mix of cauliflower, baby carrots and broccoli. Decided on the four course special and was not disappointed. We ordered drinks and looked over the menu. Mattie was our server and was wonderful! She was easygoing, smiled and knew the menu. Well, it was 5:41 as I hung up, so we rushed out door and made it just in time and were seated right away. Meagan answered the phone, was very polite and asked if we could make it by 6PM and I said yes. Being a Friday night and last minute, I took a chance and called for a table. She had just seen an advertisement for The Melting Pot that morning and that was our destination. I came home Friday night and asked my wife at the last minute of she would like to go out for dinner.
