If you wish to close your account please send us an email confirmation to stating the reason and my colleagues will proceed with the closure. However if that is your decision we will respect it and do so. If you are willing to deposit however you are still able to cancel some part of the cash-out and wait for the approval of the remaining amount.I am sorry if this rule is inconveniencing you in any way.It will be very sad to see you close your account because of this.
I have now once again checked the matter with our Payments team and unfortunately the rule indeed applies and the cash-out will be pending for three days after it has been requested.
